city distance friendly staff
the hotel provided a perfect distance from the city center. this allocation ensured absolute quiet. breakfast service was superb, meeting my expectations for a quality meal. the staff were very friendly.
the uphill walk from the town could be challenging. it's a consideration with mobility issues.

The staff were very friendly I must admit.
My room, a 'standard double room,' was a joke. It was small, and the bathroom seemed like a cramped afterthought. There wasn't even a working toilet roll holder. The breakfast was lackluster at best. I saw people just walking away because there was no service.

The room had a functional layout and adequate space for my luggage. The bed provided a firm mattress, which I found supportive. I appreciated the on-site restaurant. The food was delivered promptly. The pub downstairs offered an enjoyable atmosphere after a long day of travel.
The street lights shone into the room at night. Blackout curtains are needed.

Solid Stay Near City Center
excellent service convenient location on-site parking sherry carafe
The staff provided excellent service and quickly arranged a taxi to Loch Ness. The hotel location was convenient. It's a short walk to the city center. On-site parking simplified travel arrangements. I found a carafe of sherry in my room which was a welcome surprise after a long day.
The curtain in my room did not fully block the street lights at night, this affected my sleep.
